Quality Early Care


The Quality Child Care Collaborative (QCCC) program is comprised of multiple agencies that provide support and education for childcare providers. Services include:

  • Improving childcare settings and services
  • On-site visits of children or programs
  • Develop personalized action plans for children and the sites
  • Provide parent support and education

The Preschool Bridging Model Plus focuses on workforce development and childcare program quality improvement.

Services include:

  • Hands on and on-site coaching support
  • Team-teaching for private childcare centers and family childcare homes
  • Linking providers to school districts to promote collaboration and facilitate a child’s
  • Transition to kindergarten
