Community Connections Grants (CCG

First 5 Sacramento provides mini grants, up to $5,000, for people like you, who are interested in organizing activities that promote the health & well-being of young children while building relationships with other members in the community. We are accepting applications now through April 1st. You must contact First 5 by March 22nd to apply.

Step 1. Find out what it’s all about! Read CCG Frequently Asked Questions.

Step 2. Brainstorm ideas with other people who want to join you in making a difference in your community!

Step 3. Contact Alejandra Labrado at 916-876-5873 to discuss your idea. 

Step 4. Submit a mandatory Statement​​​ of Intent to Apply.

Step 5. Apply

2-1-1 is a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week free information resource. Anyone can call for information and assistance with connecting to a broad range of community resources, including but not limited to children’s services, health services, housing, financial assistance, employment, food programs, and more. Assistance in different languages is available.
